With passion for hospitality and great food, Maya and Dean opened the doors of Jack’s Wife Freda in
2011. They settled on the name of Jack’s Wife Freda – invoking memories of being home again by loved ones and that is the philosophy they run their restaurants with.

At Jack’s Wife Freda, we believe that our success is directly linked to the experience and feeling
we provide our guests from a service & hospitality perspective. Humanizing the guest experience. Making emotional connections with each guest that walks through our doors, and equally with each other as a team. We all depend on each other, no matter the position, team building is a core value; weather front of the house, back of the house, floor manager, chef, cooks, or dishwasher – how we treat each other, and our guests is the magic, energy & aspiration of Jack’s Wife Freda.
